       該系列包裝機(jī)能完成稱重計(jì)量、充填等工作。由于采用邊稱重邊充填的設(shè)計(jì)，適用于包裝精度要求高的，或密度不均勻的，流動(dòng)性好的或者流動(dòng)性差的粉末、小顆粒物料，如蛋白粉、藥粉、食品添加劑、飼料添加劑、植脂末、鋰電池材料：三元、鈷酸鋰、磷酸鐵鋰，獸藥、葡萄糖、碳粉、染料、香精香料等。

The weighing and filling are carried out simultaneously, it is applicable for powder and small granule which have high-precision or non-uniform density and good fluidity or poor fluidity. such as protein powder, powder, food additives, feed additives, non-dairy fat, lithium battery materials: ternary, lithium cobalt oxide, lithium iron phosphate, veterinary drugs, glucose, toner, dyes, flavors and spices.

設(shè)備特征：
    1.全不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，組合式或開啟式透明料箱，無需工具即可方便拆洗。
    2.伺服馬達(dá)及伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)控制螺桿。
    3.氣動(dòng)夾袋裝置和托架裝在重量傳感器上，根據(jù)預(yù)先設(shè)定的重量進(jìn)行快速和慢速充填。
    4. 高反應(yīng)速度的稱重系統(tǒng)，保證高精度得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。
    5.PLC控制、觸摸屏人機(jī)界面顯示，操作簡便。
    6.兩種工作方式可切換，定量式和實(shí)時(shí)稱重式，定量式速度快，精度稍差一些，實(shí)時(shí)稱重式，精度高，速度慢一些。
    7.各種產(chǎn)品調(diào)整參數(shù)配方可儲(chǔ)存，備后使用，最多儲(chǔ)存10個(gè)配方。
    8.更換螺旋附件，能夠適應(yīng)超細(xì)粉到小顆粒等多種物料。
